For each product the corresponding price is presented in three different ways: the standard list price, the reduced price as offered by the supplier to the platform users and potentially the price as it has been negotiated, controlled & activated by the client. Volume discounts can be given both on list and on negotiated prices.
Contract compliance tool: only validated supplier managed article data and contract prices are available to the users. Notifications are sent to the purchasing management in case of new uploads. The tool also contains a functionality to control and selectively activate new prices and data. Furthermore, it allows to follow up expiring contracts.
It can be used as a multi-entity management tool for the follow-up and application of shared contracts as a result of joint public procurement by e.g. groups of hospitals.
An alarm can be activated on the amount spent in the context of assigned contracts (e.g. as part of public procurement protocols).
